Due to competitive and dynamic environment, public and private organizations face more pressure to gain competitive advantage through innovation. Innovation is the buzzword we never stop hearing. But what is innovation? And do we know it when we see it?
In public sectors, innovation is viewed as a source of organizational change, growth, and effectiveness. Public organisations are face to deliver more flexible and better quality of services with the lowest cost possible. This part of PTP provides platform for innovative thinkers, scholars and practitioners to share ways in improve our national innovation capability. This space covers innovation related polices and practices, including entrepreneurship and small businesses and innovation adoption.
